Fil Sibley is a native of Baltimore, Maryland and has worked in the production industry for over 20 years
as a director, producer, cameraman, editor and graphic designer.Mr. Sibley received his B.A. inGraphic Arts from the Maryland Art Institute in Baltimore, Maryland in 1972. He has maintained his own production company since 1973, providing movies, video, photography, graphic design, and internet web production; completing educational, training,promotional, performing arts, and entertainment projects for broadcast, corporate, non-profit, government, and private clients.A guiding philosophy to Mr. Sibley's varied media work has been to produce and collaborate on positive-focused, individual and community growth oriented projects that encourage the viewer to move beyond and move more deeply within his or her experience,to grow and enjoy life to the fullest. He is dedicated to creating work that entertains, teaches and enriches the viewer. From 1990 to 1995 he produced, directed and wrote two monthly cable shows that aired in the Baltimore/Washington market.
ROCKLIVE was a hosted magazine format show that presented interviews ,behind the scenes
and music of national and local rock musicians targeted toward young adults.
